2025 PADI Instructor Course Fees ($3990) are payable to Pro Dive Cairns:
- Instructor development course: $2295.00
- EFR / CFC Instructor course: $495.00
- IDC crew pack $1200.00 (including online training for IDC and EFRI and your backpack with slates)
PADI IDC Fees 2025 (subject to change) to go with the following courses (pay to PADI):
- (IDC) Application fee: $364.10
- (IE) Instructor exam fee: $1120.00
- (EFRI) Application fee: $250.80
So your PADI Instructor course will cost you $5724.90* all up. These are your total fees.
Other fees to account for are: Accommodation, Food, Dive Medical (if you do not have one less than 12 months old), transportation and any extra dive gear you might need.
* non PADI Divemaster or cross over candidates might have to get a PADI Instructor manual and eRDP
Note PADI and Queensland standards requires you to have a full set of Dive gear including a Signal tube (safety sausage or SMB), a divers Knife or tool and a Pocket mask.
We include as much as you need. including, Air fills, unlimited Pool usage, Basic gear hire, a fantastic 3 day Live-a-Board trip on the Pro Dive Cairns Boats (Value over $1000), Coffee/Tea and biscuits, White board markers, Student level First Aid course, free wifi, pens paper

- (MSDT) Specialty Instructor applications $144.10 each – Pay to PADI
- (MSDT) Master Scuba Diver Trainer Application $182.60 – Pay to PADI
